Chief Compliant: 70 year old male patient farmer by occupation presented to opd with complaint of swelling of legs since 1 1/2 month &vomiting since 10 days. Shortness of breath.  History of present illness: Patient was apparently asymptomatic since 1 1/2 month.  Patient c/o of pedal edema since 1 1/2 month, progressive, putting type, bilateral & presence of facial puffiness. This is a case of a 30 year old male patient lorry driver by occupation. He is a chronic alcholinic since 10years (90 - 180 ml/day) &non smoker. Patient started binge drinking past 2 months after his sister marriage. One month ago, patient only had alcolic binge intake (180 - 400ml/day) for approximate 2 months without related food intake in between. Patient even stopped going to work. Last intake was one month ago.  Chief Complaint: Loose stools since 1month Fever since 20 days (low grade, chills)  Yellowish discoloration of eyes since 20 days Weakness,loss of appetite, SOB since  History of present
